How we work it out
Everything here is deliberately conservative and fully visible. We keep the two benefits separate — hours of capacity given back, and advisory work surfaced & approved — and never blend them into a single inflated figure.
⏱️ FOH hours saved
We assume about one AI-built quote per job, each saving roughly 25 minutes of front-of-house work (parts lookup, labour times, typing the estimate) versus building it by hand.
🔧 Tech hours saved
We assume about one diagnosis every two jobs (0.5 per job), each saving roughly 50 minutes of technician fault-code research and triage.
💶 Advisory work surfaced & approved least certain
We assume around 12% of jobs surface extra advisory work via a Vehicle Health Check that the customer approves, at a €280 average advisory value — additional advisory work your customers approved through MechIQ. These two figures are the least-certain assumptions on this page — we measure them live with the pilot workshop.
